What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form and choose to send us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Whether you are buying, selling, or relocating

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve them.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. If you ask for a call, a relocation guide, or a market briefing, we use your contact details to get back to you about that request and to follow up on your real estate search. That is the whole purpose.

We will not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join, and we will not share your details with unrelated third parties.

Who else sees it

Your submission is stored in our customer records so we can keep track of the conversation. It may be shared with service providers directly involved in your transaction — for example a lender, title company, or escrow agent — but only when it is necessary to help with what you asked us to help with, and only with your knowledge.

We disclose information when the law requires it, and not otherwise.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you, and afterwards for as long as real estate recordkeeping rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can, at any time:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it
• Ask us to stop contacting you

Get in touch and we will take care of it. Washington residents, and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, may have additional rights; we honour those requests regardless of where you live.

Fair housing

We follow the Fair Housing Act and Washington State fair housing law. We do not steer clients toward or away from neighbourhoods on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected class. The local information on this site — school districts, universities, employers, commutes — is provided as factual reference so you can draw your own conclusions.
